wedding questionnaire

We begin the process with a pre-event questionnaire that details the wedding and reception and pinpoints your personal choices. After the questionnaire is completed we meet in person, if at all possible with the bride and groom. We discuss the choices made on the questionnaire and go over in depth the timing and songs and we structure the event according to your wishes and personal tastes. This all helps in providing you with an accurate estimate.

Weddings are a very special time for the bride and groom and for their friends and relatives. Memories are made at weddings that will last a lifetime. Music selection and timing at a wedding is everything. It's important that your DJ communicate not only with the bride and groom at length but with the other vendors, as well (caterer, photographer, etc) in order to coordinate with their schedules. Weddings are about tempo and atmosphere. The announcer or DJ helps set the tone of the event with both the music and his or her involvement.

We provide sound services for events ranging from a party of 50 in a small room to a county fair with multiple stages and public address systems covering a large area. Our sound technicians are also disc jockeys and announcers. They are able to keep the flow of an event moving between performers and bands. Our equipment is up to date and professional in quality made by top manufacturers. We pre-plan with our performers and bands before each event to ensure that their needs are satisfied.

Karaoke is a fun and exciting part of our business. We have a state of the art computer system and have created a data base of over 167,000 karaoke tracks covering all genres. At our events we use state of the art vocal processing equipment that provided shape and texture to the voice as well as automatic pitch correction to ensure that your performance is the best that it possibly can be. We can provide karaoke service at any of our events by request. We can also provide this service at fundraising events, your nightclub or even in your home. Imagine a Karaoke Night in your own living room.
